Alpenglow is defined as the beautiful light that appears just before sunrise or just after sunset, illuminating mountain peaks as the sun travels across the horizon.

To me, it represents something much, much deeper.

It is the aha moment when understanding begins. The moment confusion gives way to clarity. The moment you stop fighting your body and begin working with it instead.
That philosophy has become the foundation of everything I teach.

Because small, everyday choices add to up to lasting, permanent change.
It begins with awareness.
Why Alpenglow?
The Philosophy
Health isn't something we chase.
It's something we cultivate.

Our bodies are constantly communicating with us through digestion, sleep, energy, mood, hormones, stress, and countless other signals. Those symptoms aren't random inconveniences—they're information.

Rather than asking, "How do I make this symptom disappear?" I believe we should begin by asking, "What is my body trying to tell me?"

When we understand the patterns beneath our symptoms, we can make choices that create meaningful, lasting change.

Healing isn't about perfection.
It isn't about following someone else's blueprint.

It's about learning to work with your own unique physiology, lifestyle, and goals.
The Integrative Perspective
Ayurveda has been studying the relationships between digestion, stress, sleep, hormones, and overall health for thousands of years.

Modern science continues to deepen our understanding of these same connections.

I don't believe we have to choose between ancient wisdom and modern research.
Some of the most meaningful insights emerge when we allow both perspectives to inform one another.

That's why I write regularly about women's health, behavior change, burnout, digestion, and whole-person wellness through an integrative lens.

My Approach
I believe awareness is where healing begins—but awareness alone isn't enough.
Real transformation happens when insight becomes action, and action becomes a way of living.

That belief inspired the development of The AHA Arc™, a framework that explores the five stages of meaningful change:

Awareness – noticing the patterns
Acceptance – understanding where you are without judgment
Action – making intentional choices aligned with your goals
Accountability – creating systems that support consistency
Adaptation – adjusting as your life and body continue to evolve

Whether we're working together through coaching, speaking engagements, consulting, or educational resources, this philosophy remains at the heart of everything I do.

Because healing isn't linear.
It's a lifelong relationship with yourself.
